A varied and easily walkable path. The trail leads through a picturesque valley from Urnäsch Steinfluh to Urnäsch Husli at the foot of Schwägalp. The adventures of Lilly and Martin as they hike to their uncle Sami's alp are recounted at 14 stations along the way.
Website: Lillyweg
Getting there: Take the bus from Urnäsch train station to Steinflue. Alternatively, there is parking available at Restaurant Hüsli for CHF 5.00 per day. The fee is refunded with a meal purchase. Unfortunately, the Steinflue bus stop is not very inviting, especially if you have to wait a long time on the weekend due to the infrequent Postbus service. We recommend starting directly from the house and returning there, although the Lillyweg is particularly well signposted in town.
Tips: The stations are interesting enough for children up to about 7 years old. If you're lucky, you might see deer grazing along the route, which is certainly a highlight for children. There are many grill spots along the way, most equipped with wood. The Lillybeizli is excellent and a real insider tip (open from May to October on Saturdays and Sundays - subject to change).
